One of the so-called 'components' of the my-Ditto solution (which the Key is a part of) is the my-Ditto Home Server, essentially a NAS (network-attached storage) device with plug-and-play functionality. It is this solution that earned the "Best of Show" award at Macworld Expo 2011, overcoming competition from thousands of other products. Total bare bones, nothing but an on-off switch & a dual purpose toggle switch for going forward-back thru the tracks & volume. It is cheap, works good, sounds OK, and lasts an average of 4 /12 hours for me.
